What is Ho'oponopono?

Ho'oponpono, pronounced "hoh oh pohno pohno" is simply THE most amazing process for creating profound and lasting changes in your life. It takes consciouness and the idea that we create our own reality to an all new level. It has the potential to create absolute miracles in your life, if you are willing to practice it with dedication and diligence. Guaranteed!
Simply put Ho'oponopono is the process of going within to release any thought paterns or memories replaying as experience in our external life. This means taking full 100% responsability for everything that comes into our lives; including all things, situations events and people which we may label as good, bad or otherwise. You, and I are resposable for all of it. We hav this shared memory caught in our system, like a virus, and it needs to be erased in order to let it go and return to the Zero State or Void, where we see the divinity and perfection ond God in everyone and in everything. As the situation is erased within ourself it gets erased from the world. If we are willing to do the cleaning ceaselessly, everyone and everything will be fine. Everything already is fine, it is only our memories replaying which give us the experieince that it is otherwise.
I am not able to give you a full explanation of WHY or HOW this process works, I do not know if anyone really can...but I can tell you that it has created miracles in my own life and in the lives of many others. I am a big fan of self-growth, Law of Attraction, books and movies like The Secret and What The Bleep, but somehow I wasn't seeing the dramitic changes in my life I had intended. I felt as if I had a block in me and I could not locate where or what it was in order to release it. My journey and search for joy, bliss and abundance led me to the process of Ho'oponopono and the magic power of love God, Universe or Source began flowing into my experience as never before.
The "Keep it simple" philisophy of the Ho'oponopono technique makes it attainable for everyone, it only takes some dilligence to remember to repeat the magnetic phrases to move into alignment with all of the good your soul has lined up for you. The 4 key phrases are I Love You, I'm Sorry, Please Forgive Me and Thank You. You are repeating these 4 phrases continuously to yourself...not to anyone else, not to God or the Divine, but to yourself as a means of giving permission to the Divine to erase those thought patterns. This creates a cleansing of the old memories which reply as experiences in our life. Once we are free from these old replaying mmemories, we are open and better able to clearing receive inspired thoughts given to us from the Divine. When we act from inspiration instead of memories the synchrnicity and magic just flows, and live become alive!
Just remember whenever you are faced with a seeming problem, you are 100% responsible for it. And the best news is that because you are responsable for it, you have the power to change it. Something inside you is causing this problem. Clean on it and accept that you are responsible. Release the memories by saying I love you, Thank you, and you will change your inner state and when your inner state changes your outter world must change also. It is divine law. The key is to keep cleaning and not have any expectiation that things shoud work oout or be resolved in a specific way. The HOW's of life are not up to us. This can be a challenge as we are controllers, thinkers and problem solvers by nature. Things will always work much more smoothly and quickly when we get out of our own way and just TRUST.
